    From location to equipment, everything about our offices has been planned to make them efficient and effective.
    Our location in Boca Raton, Florida, makes us easy to get to, with three major international airports just minutes away. (With so many airports, airfares in and out of the area are generally low.)
    And we have equipped our offices with the latest in business systems. For example, our phone system allows us to answer the telephone using the client's name -- "XYZ Association, how may I help you?" -- instead of an impersonal, generic greeting like "association offices."
    Of course, we don't do everything from within our own offices, but we have strong working relationships with a variety of high-quality service providers all over the USA, including printers, mailing houses, photographers and videographers, broadcast fax providers, and others.
