"All this information sounds good, but what have you really done for your clients?"

    Last year, we conducted a survey of the officers and Board members of our current clients, and among other questions, we asked them to rank our performance on a scale from 1 (unsatisfactory) to 10 (exemplary).
    Without exception, all our clients' presidents gave us a score of 9 on overall performance and satisfaction. (As one president said, "Well, nobody's perfect.")
